How do I pay for my ride and what is your cancellation policy?

We accept Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. The total will be charged to client’s credit card 24 hours before the beginning of ride. Zelle payments are due before the ride is executed. By reserving our services, you agree to pay the specified price for the described services. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 24 hours before scheduled pickup:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Cancellations within 4 hours of pickup time or no-shows:

No refund will be issued.

Point to Point Transfer Service

Time is calculated from the time the vehicle schedule at the pickup location until the time it returns, and there is a two (2) hour minimum and one (1) hour travel time charge for the vehicle. Note: There will be no charge for waiting time if you are in the vehicle within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. Once the grace period has past, waiting time Is charged in thirty (30) minute increments, and fractions are rounded to the next thirty (30) minutes – i.e., 5 minutes equals 30 minutes; 35 minutes equals 60 minutes, etc..
